01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by s9s ("Platform"), you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and s9s ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and s9s. All these documents collectively constitute the legal framework governing your relationship with our platform.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use s9s services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age. s9s maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• Single Account: Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.

03 Registration & Account Management

The s9s account registration process is designed to ensure the security and authenticity of every member. The following terms apply to account registration and management:

• Registration Information: You must provide your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active phone number upon registration. All information will be verified through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. s9s will never request your password via email or live chat.
• Two-Factor Authentication: We encourage all members to enable two-factor authentication for an additional layer of security. This feature is available through your account settings.
• Suspicious Activity: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the s9s support team immediately. We will act promptly to protect your account and funds.
• One Account Per Device: The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorized means to access or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

S9s supports the most popular local payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of our members:

• Deposit Methods: Deposits can be made via FPX and DuitNow. All deposits are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method. These limits can be adjusted through the self-control features in your account.

06 Game Rules & Betting

• Game Fairness: All games on s9s use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by an independent third-party auditing body. This ensures every round is fully random and cannot be manipulated.
• Final Results: The results of all completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that affected the outcome.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, s9s reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player. Wins resulting from a system failure will not be paid out.
• Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are clearly displayed within each game before you begin playing.
• Sports Betting: For sports and e-sports betting, all odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will not be affected by odds changes after confirmation.

07 Player Conduct & Responsibilities

S9s is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Players are prohibited from:

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Using offensive, racist, or threatening language in any communication channel on the platform, including live chat.
• Uploading, distributing, or sharing unlawful, obscene, or harmful content through our platform.
• Attempting to access restricted sections of the platform or attempting to attack the technical infrastructure of s9s.
• Making false claims or submitting fraudulent identity documents to our support or compliance team.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including temporary suspension, forfeiture of wins, or permanent account termination at the sole discretion of s9s.

08 Account Termination & Suspension

S9s reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Voluntary requests from members to close their own accounts.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the s9s support team. Any valid remaining funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all compliance requirements have been met.

09 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

S9s provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's suitability for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law:

• S9s is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• S9s does not guarantee that the Platform will always be free from errors, disruptions, or computer viruses.
• Players acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions.
• S9s is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet disruptions, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via registered email or in-platform notices. Continued use of the Platform after amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration or through a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
